Kutchan Jaga-Matsuri is a local festival held in Kutcha town on August 1 - 2, 2020 the same date as Niseko HANAZONO Hill Climb. 

"Jaga" means potato in English which Kutchan is famous for.

Hill Climb race passes this festival's venue right after the start and the scene is one of the most magnificent view of the festival.
